BJD has a bright future. Two MLAs have been suspended from the party. BJD has suspended Champua MLA Sanatan Mahakud and Patkura MLA Arvind Mohapatra. BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik has taken action for anti-party activities. Two days ago, when Chief Minister Mohan Majhi was on a visit to Keonjhar, Sana made a blunt statement against BJD. He said that the state has developed during the 24 years of BJD rule, but there has been no development in Keonjhar. He also expressed dissatisfaction in 2019 when BJD did not give him a ticket. Similarly, it is not clear why Arvind was suspended. But it is said that he recently gave a controversial statement regarding the five-T. Perhaps this is why the party has taken action against him. Arvind joined BJD on March 7, 2024 in the presence of Naveen Patnaik. Vijay Mohapatra distanced himself from BJP politics after the 2019 elections. However, his son Arvind Patkura joined the BJD after clarifying his intention to enter politics while remaining active in the constituency.
