Mass Shooting: Shooting on Sydney beach; 10 dead, 15 injured
An eyewitness said that the gunmen targeted children and the elderly. About 50 rounds were fired. Videos have emerged of people running around in fear and falling asleep on the ground during the shooting. The videos show that two gunmen were dressed in black and aimed their guns at people. After the incident, the police have appealed to people not to go to Bondi Beach.
On the other hand, the Jewish organization of Australia has criticized Prime Minister Anthony Albanese over the incident. The organization said that the Jews of Australia are now worried about their future. The organization has accused the government of failing to protect the Jewish community. In addition, the organization is upset that the Prime Minister did not mention that the Jewish program was going on when he wrote about the incident in his social media post. The organization said that this is a shame. However, later in a press conference today, the Prime Minister said that an attack on Australian Jews is like an attack on all Australians.
