Sharing the announcement on X, the Prime Minister said that the future of India’s youth is of the highest priority and that anyone attempting to undermine it would face strict legal consequences.
Government Pushes for Faster Justice
According to the Prime Minister, the proposed fast-track courts will ensure that paper leak cases are investigated and tried without unnecessary delays. He said the government has already directed the concerned authorities to begin the process of implementing the decision at the earliest.
The move is expected to strengthen the government’s campaign against examination fraud and discourage organized networks involved in leaking question papers.
Focus on Protecting Students
The announcement comes as lakhs of students across the country have expressed concerns over the credibility of competitive examinations. In recent months, allegations of paper leaks have triggered protests, demands for accountability, and calls for reforms in the examination process.
The Prime Minister said the government remains committed to protecting honest students and ensuring that merit is not compromised by criminal activities. He added that safeguarding young people’s aspirations is a national responsibility.
Political Debate Continues
The paper leak issue has also become a major subject of political debate. Opposition parties have demanded greater accountability from the government and have continued to press for the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.
The government, however, has maintained that it is prepared to discuss the issue in Parliament while simultaneously introducing stronger legal measures to tackle examination-related crimes.

Education experts believe that faster judicial proceedings could act as a strong deterrent against paper leak rackets. They argue that timely convictions, combined with improved examination security and stronger digital monitoring, can significantly improve the credibility of recruitment and entrance examinations.
