Condemning the violence, they have issued notices in the names of more than a hundred supporters of Himanshu Sahu. They have met the Central DIAG and demanded Himanshu’s arrest. They have sought the intervention of the Chief Minister and DGP by filing a complaint against the Jajpur SP. Meanwhile, Himanshu’s supporters have protested in front of the Jenapur police station. They have demanded the arrest of Pranab Balawantray’s supporters involved in the riots. After the riots, the rhetoric between the two leaders has intensified. Each has blamed the other for the disruption of law and order in the Dharamshala. On the other hand, the Law Minister said that the Chief Minister has directed the police to take necessary steps independently without any pressure. Yesterday, a scuffle took place at Pranab Balawantray’s farmhouse. A fight broke out between Himanshu and Pranab’s supporters over a social media post. In which many people from both sides were injured.
